Before you arrive...
When you arrive in Launceston please visit the Registration Desk in the foyer of the Convention Centre at the Hotel Grand Chancellor on Cameron St to collect your registration pack. This pack will have a neck wallet, name tag to access the venues and catering, a conference program, a festival program and a few other treats to help keep you warm.
The Registration Desk has the following opening hours:
Thursday 26 August, 10am-4pm
Convention Centre Foyer, Hotel Grand Chancellor (Cameron St, Launceston)
Friday August 27 and Saturday 28 August, 8am -7pm
Sunday 29 August, 8am-2pm
Hallway near the Chancellor Ballroom, Hotel Grand Chancellor (Cameron St, Launceston)
If you are yet to book your accommodation please call the Launceston Travel Centre on 1800 651 827 and if you need a car we encourage you to book with Europcar through this link or call them on 1300 13 13 90 and quote CD number 50482736.
If you are quick there are still places available for you to bring a DVD from your organisation which we can play during the conference or if you want to get involved in other ways please visit www.junction2010.com.au/getinvolved to find out how. If you want to bring a DVD simply drop it off at the Poster Room in Mecure Hotel, Earl Street, from 9am Thursday August 26 onwards.
